WPA Boosters, Inc. brings together interested staff, parents, and community members to enrich the activities and experiences of the participants in the Weaver Performing Arts (WPA) program. The WPAB is a 501(c)3 charitable nonprofit organization registered with the Internal Revenue Service and Franchise Tax Board. Donations to the organization are potentially tax deductible.
The WPAB supports the students, the staff, and the district through fundraising, large and small, throughout the year. In addition, volunteer hours from the booster members provide benefits to the students, the program, and the community they wouldn’t otherwise receive.

Why support the Weaver Performing Arts program?
A successful drama program creates opportunities for students to grow in confidence while they discover their talents, as well as opportunities to learn important life skills and values, such as perseverance, respect for themselves and others (including youth and adult leaders), hard work, leadership, teamwork, setting and achieving goals, communication skills, and the importance of commitment. Additionally, live theater is a benefit to the entire community. WPA has been successfully producing plays for many years and a booster club would only support and enhance this wonderful program.
Who are the boosters?
Anyone can potentially be a booster. Any help that is provided, whether monetary, in-kind donations, or the giving of time and talents will help provide the kind of positive experience the students need.
